The present invention falls within the sector of removable and reconfigurable joints for metal structures.
BACKGROUND PE THE INVENTION
At present, for the joints of metal structures, welding is mainly used due to the great resistance it provides. Assembly is also very common by means of classic screw connections.
In the case of welding, despite its great use and the great resistance that it brings to the union, we also find a great disadvantage in case of wanting to reconfigure the structure. The cost of recovering the profiles is disproportionate, for this reason, this type of union is neither considered removable nor reusable. Welding is practically a permanent union and its disassembly usually implies its destruction.
On the contrary, the classic screw connections are removable but have a different drawback. For its use it is necessary to machine the holes in the profile in addition to the use of base plates for the preparation of the surfaces of the profiles to be joined. The fact that there is a previous preparation of the profiles makes the use of these profiles limited to the specific configuration for which they have been designed, making their reuse almost impossible.
There are currently disclosures of removable joint systems for square tubular profiles ES2540164 A1, ES2553339 A1, KR20100011148U,
US2006228175A1; as well as union systems for profiles with wings, where the use of staples is frequent, GB2225805A, WO9405918 A1, ES2432915 A1,

ES2527338 A1; however, there is no known system of union between square tubular profiles and H profiles and that it also has the following characteristics: a) that the previous preparation of the profiles to be joined is not necessary, b) that it is a totally union Removable and reconfigurable, c) that the elements used in the union are valid for different sizes of section profiles, d) that allows the variation of the angle formed between the profiles, without changing the joint system and e) that allows the existence or not for the moment.
EXPLANATION OF THE INVENTION
Detachable and adjustable angle joint system between the face of a square tubular profile and the side of an H profile, or of any wing profile, without the need to perform any previous operation on either profile. This system is characterized by the use of four square flanges with flanges coinciding with the edges of the square tubular profile; two T-brackets with tears that allow the variation of the size of the section of the square tubular profile; a plate support and a base support, both also with torn ones that support the variation of! size of the section of the square tubular profile and of the H profile, respectively. In addition, the base and plate supports have a central hole in which a bushing of length slightly larger than the thickness of the attached plate support and base support is housed, which together with the appropriate fixing means, allows the union between both supports making possible the turn between both and the non-transmission of the moment. These supports also have concentric tears with the central hole, which together with the appropriate fixing means makes it possible, if desired, to fix the rotation of the joint and the existence of momentum transmission. All parts are fixed using screws, nuts, washers and / or clips, making this a completely removable system.

PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION
Taking into account the numbering adopted in the figures, a description of the invention follows:
This removable and adjustable angle joint system (see figures 1,2 and 3), consists mainly of the following elements: four square flanges (3), two T supports (4), a plate support (5), a support base (6) and a socket (34).
The square flanges (3), see figure 4, have two tabs (7) forming a square and can thus be adjusted to the edge of the tubular profile (1). It also has four holes (8), two on each side, to make a connection with screws (19), nuts (20) and washers (21) between all flanges (3), thus achieving a simultaneous tightening by the four faces of the tubular profile (1) (See figure 8). In addition, on the side of the square flanges there is a fifth hole (9) that allows the two supports T (4) to be attached to these (see figure 9). This fastening is also made with screws, nuts and washers, it is possible thanks to the two tears (10) located on the base plate (39) with which each support T (4), see figure 5.

The fact that they are two separate supports T and the presence of these tears (10), makes it possible to vary the size of the section of the tubular profile (1) without being a problem for the usefulness of the system. The supports T (4) also have two flanges (11) with their corresponding holes (12) allowing the support of the plate support (5), see Figure 10.
The plate support (5), see figure 6, which consists of a flat plate that has two vertical tears (13) that with the corresponding screws (25, 26 and 27) allow this piece to be attached to the supports T (4) and described, see figure 10. These tears (13), in addition to allowing this mooring, make it possible to vary the size of the section of the tubular profile (1) mentioned above.
On the other hand, the base support (6), see figure 7, which consists of a flat plate in the same way as the front plate support but without the vertical tears and which is provided in addition to two plates perpendicular to the flat plate in the which also has four horizontal tears (16), making it possible, with the use of clips (29), screws (28), nuts (31) and washers (30), the fastening of this base support (6) to the H profile ( 2), verfigure 11. The horizontal tears (16) also allow the system to be used in case of varying the size of the section of the H profile (2) and even using another type of wing profile.
Both the plate support (5) and the base support (6) have a central hole (15 and 18) that allows the union between both pieces. In this union a suitable screw (32), nut (35) and washers (33) are used, in addition to a bushing (34) of length slightly greater than the thickness of both attached brackets. The existence of this bushing (34) allows that despite the tightening of the screws used (32, 33 and 35), there is rotation in the union and no transmission at the moment, see figure 12. This is because as the bushing is longer than the thickness of the two joined plates, although the tightening on the screw (32) is the maximum, the supports will have clearance between them and therefore can rotate on the bushing.
If, on the contrary, we want that if there is a transmission at the moment, both supports, plate support (5) and base support (6), must be firmly fixed and therefore have the torn ones (14 and 17) that make it possible. Profiles being this one of the main characteristics of the described union. In addition, with the use of screws (36), nuts (38) and washers (37) we managed to fix the joint in e! angle (a) desired thus allowing transmission of bending moment, since in this way the clearance between the plate support and the base support is eliminated and fixed between them firmly (figure 13).
Next, a preferred embodiment of the invention is described, taking as reference the numbering adopted in the figures.
For the assembly of the union system, firstly the brackets that form the flanges (7) of the square flanges (3) are mounted on the four edges of the square tubular profile (1) and then fixed between them by means of screws ( 19), nuts (20) and washers (21) conveniently placed in the holes (8) of the square flanges (figures 4 and 8). Once the four square flanges (3) are fixed, the supports T (4) are attached to them, introducing the screws (22), with the necessary nuts (24) and washers (23), both in the holes (9) of the square flanges as in the torn ones (10) of the T supports (3), see figure 9.
The next step will be to introduce the plate support (5) between the flanges (11) available on the T supports (4) and fix both parts by installing the corresponding screws (25), nuts (27) and washers (26) both on the torn ones vertical (13) as in the holes (12), see figure 10.
On the other hand, we fix the base support (6) by means of its horizontal tears (16) to the H profile (2) using clamps (29), screws (28), nuts (31) and washers (30), see figure 11 .
Finally, we join the two parts of the system, placing the bushing (34) in the holes (15 and 18) of both supports (5 and 6) and introducing a thyme (32) in said bushing (34) accompanied by its nuts ( 35) and washers (33), see figure 12. In this way, we allow the rotation of the union but not the moment transmission.
On the contrary, if we want to fix the union at a certain angle (a) and also that there is transmission for the moment, we introduce four screws (36), fixing them with their nuts (38) and washers (37), in four holes, equal or greater than the diameter of the
screw, that the chosen angle has left us between the tears (14 and 17) of both supports (5 and 6), see figure 13. In this way, the angle will be fixed and there will be transmission for the moment.

1. Removable and adjustable angle joint system between square tubular profile and H profile characterized by comprising:
- Four square flanges (3) that are provided with two flanges (7) that allow adjusting the flanges to the edge of the square tubular profile (1), additionally have four holes (8), two on each side, and with their corresponding fastening means allows simultaneous tightening of the four faces of the square tubular profile (1) and a fifth hole (9) on the side of the square flanges;
- two supports T (4) that have a base plate (39) with two tears (10), through which it joins the square flanges (3), through the fifth hole (9) on the side of said square flanges (3), said union also allows to vary the dimension in the direction of the tears (10) of the section of the square tubular profile (1) to be joined, in addition said support T (4) has two flanges (11) with a central drill (12);
- a plate support (5) which consists of a single flat plate that has multiple concentric tears (14) with a central bore (15), and two vertical tears (13) that by means of the corresponding fastening means (25, 26 and 27), in addition to allowing this plate support (5) to be attached to the support T (4) through its corresponding flanges (11) and central bore (12), it makes it possible to vary the size of the section of the square tubular profile (1) to join;
- a base support (6) which consists of a flat plate in the same way as the previous plate support (5) has multiple concentric torn (17) with a central bore (18), and which is provided in addition to two plates perpendicular to The flat plate comprising four horizontal tears (16) that with the corresponding fastening means (28, 29, 30 and 31), allows the union between the plate support (5) and the H profile (2) for different profile sizes H and different angles;
